OONI OF IFE, IYALAJE OODUA, OTHERS AT THE WEDDING OF FORMER OGUN GOVERNOR'S DAUGHTER

Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos was over the weekend agog with the wedding ceremony of the daughter of a former Ogun State Governor, Kehinde Daniels and a popular Nigerian media entrepreneur, Debola Williams.

The event had in attendance dignitaries, top government officials as well as prominent traditional figures including the the Arole Oodua Olofin Adimula, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Babatunde Akande Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, the Ooni of Ife, the Iyalaje Oodua, Princess Dr. Toyin Kolade, former President Goodluck Jonathan alongside his wife and Former First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan

Other dignitaries at the occasion included the Former OGUN state Governor, Chief Olusegun Osoba; The Chief of Staff to the President, Professor Ibrahim Agboola Gambari; the Erelu Kuti Of Lagos; Erelu Abiola Dosunmu among others who all came from far and near to solidarize with their friends, the bride's parents and former Governor of the State Otunba Gbenga Daniels and His wife, Yeye Olufunke Daniels.

In her reaction, the Iyalaje Oodua, Princess Kolade expressed joy over the nion and prayed for its fruitfulness and endurance.

"It was indeed a calm weekend as we all came out to support our children Debola and Kehinde who took their love story to the next level with their nuptial union. I pray that may their union be fruitful and their love continue to wax stronger, blessed with beautiful kids", Iyalaje prayed.
