Yoruba Nation crusader, Chief Sunday Adeyemo, fondly called Sunday Igboho appeared in new pictures moments after his release from detention by the government of the Republic of Benin on Monday.
The selfacclaimed activist in the pictures appeared with the leader of the umbrella body of Yoruba Self-determination Groups, Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide, Prof. Banji Akintoye, A French language expert and Deputy Alana of Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide, Prof. Wale Olaniran, Igboho's wife, Ropo alongside one of his lawyers.
Igboho was released eight months after he was arrested in Benin Republic on his way to Germany on July 19, 2021 alongside his wife.
Prof. Akintoye in a statement described Igboho's release as a triumph of truth over darkness in Yorubaland.
