African sensational cultural performer, singer and songwriter, Ayoola Ibukun Bisola popularly known as Bisola Omoge Bata has been unveiled by the House of Oduduwa as the Face of Ayan Agalu Festival 2022.
The Award-winning Nigeria's first female "Bata" drummer will be performing live at the big cultural event scheduled to hold at the Ile Oodua, palace of His Imperial Majesty, the Ooni of Ife, Arole Oduduwa, Olofin Adimula, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II from 29th to 30th of June 2022.
The Ayan Agalu is, according to the Ooni an annual cultural festival held in the ancient city of Ile-Ife, the cradle of the Yoruba race to remember and celebrate the Legends in the drumming professions, particularly the departed ones.

It is an occasion to particularly remember the "Ayans" for their craftsmanship and contribution to social life and humanity in general.
The event is also a celebration of the rich age-long communicative aspect of the Yoruba culture embedded in the language of the drums and drummers.
This year's edition of the event is planned to be held in a grand style as it will feature seminars, workshop, competitions and drum circle.
